you can get scars on your face from lupus, an autoimmune disease. look up the singer seal, his face is fucked. mine isn't as bad. my scars are like acne scars except without the pimple the scar just appears outta nowhere. except more and more foods trigger the scars now i just stopped caring.

i remember the first time i got a scar on my face after eating dominos. it must be a coincidence i thought. then a few weeks later i ordered pizza again and the next day another scar like someone sliced a 0.5cm cut in my cheek. then later i realized it must be an autoimmune reaction from the gluten, ordered a gluten free pizza and didn't get a scar. that was 2 years ago, still got the scars on my cheeks they never healed. but i've got so many more scars since then i stopped caring anymore.
