Good way to help lose weight and lean too, not too much saturated fat. Because jerky is chewy you spend more time eating it, I think this gives time to feel full and also tricks you into feeling like you ate more. Protein is also good at making you feel full for less calories. It's expensive though and I get bored of it quickly.

As for the quality, its pretty good, not too chewy if that is what you are after. The flavour is reliably good but also not wildly unique or interesting.

I have something embarrassing to tell you. My body language, behaviour, the way I act in public is now to the point where adult normies can tell there's something wrong with me. They usually just treat me like a wiz child now and try be nice to me. Cause they can see I look scared. The witchies try reassure the autist that its okay but he is still scared.
