I don't even think these misanthropes actually feel empathy for the tiger or harambe or whatever I think they are just angry and spiteful towards humans. Yeah I get it boomers traumatized you with their psychopathy, but people aren't all bad

It makes me think humans haven't really changed much at all, only the environment has, but people still lack empathy

That is where the saying truth is stranger than fiction comes from and it's so true. Reality is too complex for our lil brains and there are too many variables that we often can't see or don't consider. If somebody from the future came back and told us what actually happens we would probably think it sounds stupid and crazy

It was muggy hot today I had my sweaty back against my gaming chair for hours until the sweat smell smelled disgusting like an unwashed homeless person but can't say I was not intrigued. I must be a follower of the rot father nurgle from warhammer 30k
it's cringe cuz it's forced. demonstrate that it's a "super" intelligence and then i'll call it that.

for me its because the price of social interaction is so great and distressing, that doing the little bit extra work to worry about details and be more careful pays off. every time i ignored my anxiety, it was a big mistake. it's a protective and useful strategy, conscientiousness born out of neuroticism.
