My appetite is still low. I don't know what the rule is with eating while sick, it's very contradictory. I figure that you lose appetite for a reason because your body doesn't want to waste energy in the short term digesting food instead of fighting the illness. But eating too little can throw hormones out of whack and the hunger pangs are annoying. Funny thing is I still have an appetite for chocolate/ice cream, its too good not to have a chocco snack. Usually in these situations I just buy cheerios or some cereal that comes in small pieces and shove it down my mouth.
