i didnt do much worth discussing lad, im a boring person. i hardened the site against spam and mana gaming, forced myself to do some cardio, played some more destiny 2, and binge watched anime. my mental health has improved a lot lately but the thing ive never managed to achieve is a durable, long-term healthy state. so very soon i expect ill stop sleeping, get depressed, and i wont be able to keep my room clean any more.

i remain hopeful though... my life is mostly just ground hog day. its me trying to find a way to cure what is probably a permanent problem.
