People in the comments blaming the dispatcher don't understand how dispatching works, the dispatcher most likely began sending out the crew as soon as she told them the address in the first 10 seconds, but continue talking to update the job, and if they can't get an address they may have access to phone network data which can provide a gps location

The first episodes are so roughly animated, some of the voice acting is so bad and sounds like it was taken on a mobile phone, but it looks like it got better quality over time
