honestly, a decent business idea would be to just start cooking meals for people and list yourself on door dash. you'll make a shit load and only have to handle passing the meals off to the drivers for pickup. other than that: its a job anyone could do with basic cooking knowledge.

what if you got one of those japanese automated food dispensers that actually cooks food. then you could just doordash that. someone just needs to buy a factory of those and have one guy operate it and hand it to the doordash driver.
