My sickness is going away but I still have gunk in my chest and I have lost my voice and gone raspy from coughing

Before my sickness I was 84 kg, now from not eating much I'm 81.8 kg although I haven't eaten yet today so that will go up. I know it's mostly water retention but my belly looks slimmer which is nice
