stayed up all night reading. finished book three of red rising series

it was good, but second one was better. overall: 2 > 3 > 1
there's 3 more in the series, but this one ended conclusively enough that i want to take a break.
i was worried it was going to end grim with a big sacrifice, but it was actually a happy ending.

no, the ma can't stand the fur/hair all over the apartment. i'm too lazy for a dog, but i always wanted a wizcat to cuddle, but reading about toxoplasmosis parasites got me paranoid, ignorance is bliss. plus, i know in their lil cat hearts i'm just a meal ticket and source of heat. no such thing as love in this world.
