i watch like one or two movies per year. but i watch a lot of tv series, it's like night and day in terms of quality. there's like a couple decent blockbusters per year, usually the some marvel and nolan slop, and the rest is like indie horror films and cheap flicks that go to streaming immediately. movies are a dead art form. instead of trying to fit everything into 1.5 hour timeslot, you can make a fleshed out story and character that fit well into a 6-12 episode season. the only problem with tv shows is that have a problem with endings, the last episode almost always contains some cliffhanger as like a potential promise for a new season, then when it's time to actually end, they don't know how to do it.

I had a great idea for a feel in the shower but I forgot about it because then I started fantasizing about my video game / movie / tv show idea where it's set in a mildly cyberpunk/modern futuristic setting where the past was magical and some characters are reincarnations of past magical emperors but they are all stranded and powerless since previously they were tyrants and abused their powers, I should be writing my shitty ideas on reddit worldbuilding

no, i don't hate "virgins", but think wizchan is dangerous. mostly, users there have no experience with the world. they've never held a job, never had to mature as people, might harbour untreated mental illness, often spend all their time inside, and aren't known for their positive outlooks.

the danger is: people like that haven't developed much real world objectivity. so if they spend too much time there, they might internalise ideas that just don't apply. many people on that site don't even seem to have a plan for the future.

its the same reason that spending all your time on sites like r9k when you're young is a bad idea. you become neurotically obsessed with "getting laid" and "your life is over" when it hasn't even started. it makes sense to have a site like wizchan but the overall attitude seems toxic to anyone that doesn't want to kill themselves...

There is too much clothes online to choose from when you really do your research..I do wanna look nice and feel nice. The clothes truly makes the wiz. Something to put fear in the norm even.
