all i know about cattle farming is the shit i've seen in shows like Yellowstone. they didn't explain too much of the process, they just rode around the herd and carried it from point A to point B, so it can be grass fed and drink water by the stream. some episodes had them branding them, some episodes had them injecting medicine, catching them by swinging ropes while riding (although they seem to just do it for sport mostly).

is all the cowboy shit actually necessary? can't you just put them in a single area and bring the grass/water to them? seems like it would be easier.
