noooo you can't crash house prices that have inflated ridiculously high past the normal persons wage increases because some boomers just bought houses its not fair to them even though it's not fair to you

I don't care that you are 30 and can't afford a house on a university degree salary and years of working, boomerstein is 90 and he just bought a house that he will never sell, if house price crashes what will he do then even though he is gonna die soon anyway!

I'm not even asking for a crash, I know it has bad economic effects and effects on individuals, I'm just asking it to maybe stay still, but it won't it will just keep exponentially increasing just the way aul goldsteinberg wants it to
house prices in australia are so high now that you could sell an average family home, get a million dollars for it, then just go live in thailand and retire at 30. even my own home has gone up ridiculously in value. if housing prices crashed i wouldnt care. though id care for all the people who had loans or bought during the inflation. the market here is cooked, something does need to be done to help younger wizkids out.

I would be happy to just live in a wizpod at this point like a cheap container type house but somehow that is too much maybe cause of boomer nimby council / zoning law shite or something, it's a multifaceted problem, I also think immigration is partly to blame but only one piece of the puzzle and not as bad as the right says, just many problems but I don't think there is will to improve it since boomers rule politics
