This perpetrator is very talkative to himself, very interesting insight into a killer, who doesn't see themselves as the bad guy and trying to justify it to themselves (I think the vast majority or all people think they are right/justified), on the other hand its hard to take him seriously since it sounds like he knows he is being recorded and he seems weaselly, wtf he is talking to himself like he's in an anime

Your explanation makes sense to me, I've read on workout subs about people having similar symptoms at the gym. Maybe she should also try getting a blood test and see if she is deficient in anything but it could just be the electrolytes, maybe a powerade during her workouts could help (or just salted water like you already gave)

he went to so much effort here like buying stuff from every independent store, crafting how he would break down bodies in enough detail to do it, and pulling off such a bloody attach. then he comes undone because he didnt plan for their bosses asking questions... like ofc its going to be weird if someone just stops showing at work without a word...
