turned the nudity filter to low weight accounts. also improved the vpn filter again (the logic was shitty), it now correctly detects data center ips which some trolls were using.

what do you guys think about making some changes to how character limit works:
- offer ritual to permanently unlock increased character size
- new identities / anons have lower character limit
- that also reduces spam size / model load
- it gets increased automatically based on weight
- post spell to increase a feels character limit
thoughts? too complex? what do the feelers think?

I hope the changes are enough. ill delete anything that crosses the line tbh. im also adding the ability to reply to whispers.
theres now a split decision to make: whether to completely ban gay posts or allow them. I've seen both sides of this play out. under glowmin, getting banned for gay jokes was unfortunate and the constant burgering of seeing gays everywhere was extremely annoying.
on the other hand this situation has gone too far. maybe we should make it a rule just not to ERP on the main site and keep it to DMs or some shit. then at least the ones who are disgusted by it dont have to see it. thoughts?
